Austin Valentine's Date Ideas Near Travis Country

Austin's Valentine's Date Ideas Near Travis CountryIf you are stressing about Valentine's Day, then The Cain Team is here to help! Our team has compiled a list of fabulous restaurants for an Austin Valentine's date near Travis Country. We have tons of great ideas to help you plan your best Valentine's Day.

February 14th may be one of the busiest nights of the year for the restaurant industry. Many eateries in the area require reservations for Valentine's Day. If you aren't so great with advance planning, the team at The Cain Team recommends Jack Allen's Kitchen (located in Oak Hill) which is a personal favorite of the team for brunch.

If you and your sweetheart are more in the mood for a casual night out, there are plenty of options for a low-key night. Blue Dahlia, located in the West Lake area, is a European Bistro that offers a variety of fresh and lite salads, sandwiches, and other entrees with an assortment of hot teas and coffees, as well as several Valentine's Day specials. The Grove off Bee Caves Road is another great option. This wine bar offers Italian fare, and we are partial to their delicious specialty pizzas. Mandola's Italian Market at William Cannon and Mopac in the Whole Foods shopping center also offers great Italian cuisine.

If you aren't in the mood to go out and face the date night frenzy, Austin is home to a few delivery services that can help you score a romantic evening in. The Cain Team has on occasion used Dine on Demand as well as Eat Out In. Both offer delivery services from several Austin area eateries, however be sure to check well in advance on the delivery times to make sure you order in plenty of time as some deliveries may take several hours advance notice. Another quick fix to a great at-home date would be Central Market for pre-made dinners for two, which include both entrees and side dishes. This can also be a one-stop shop, with fresh flowers, wine, candies or other treats.

For dessert, you may look for something sweet for your sweetie pie. Southwest Austin is filled with delectable treats.  Tiff's Treats offers warm cookies straight from the oven that are to-die-for. Other The Cain Team favorites include Edible Arrangements (if you would like a healthier options of fruit bouquets), and Nothing Bundt Cakes off Bee Cave Road for cute, scrumptious mini and full-sized bunt cakes.
